We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team.

To succeed in this position, you should have analytical problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, be proactive, be able to work to a deadline, and hold the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical people.

Responsibilities:

• Run the Wise Athena data pipeline

• Clearly communicate with clients about Data Reception and resolve Data Issues

• Efficiently investigate, analyze and resolve data issues

• Train and evaluate existing DataScience/ Machine Learning models

• Work with the Product and Technical teams to improve our data pipeline

• Work within the Service Delivery team to find improvements and inefficiencies within our own processes and data handling techniques

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or bootcamp in DataScience or Data Analysis

• Experience with Python for data processing

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases

• Understanding of R and RStudio

• Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures (GitHub)

• Ability to concisely communicate data issues to clients

• Excellent time management

• Ability to switch mindset quickly between time sensitive tasks and creative development tasks.

• English and Spanish languages. Both will be tested during the interview process

Desirable:

• Experience with handling of POS sales data and knowledge of best practices

• Experience in the CPG industry
